Add backup proxy without installing it

Hi,

Is there a way to add a backup proxy from a another Veeam B&R infrastructure without having to install it (and so replace the existent one).
To be clearer: I want to set a replication job and use the backup proxy of the target. But I can't because it hasn't been installed by the source Veeam. So if I want to see the target backup proxy in the list, I have to reinstall it from the source and so replace the one that exists on the target side.

I wish there would be an option to add a backup proxy from another Veeam without having to install it again.

As long as two backup servers are on the same product version, proxy components won't be re-installed.

In general, you can leverage one backup proxy by multiple backup servers. However, keep in mind that:

- Backup servers must be running the same product build
- Backup servers will be unaware of the settings specified by each other, such as concurrent task limit, etc.
