Adding Entra ID wizard never finishes

Hi,

I have been staring at the last step of adding Entra ID to Veeam for the past 24 hours. Trying to add Entra after upgrading to 12.3
Case: 07605567

Has this issue been reported by others where the Apply step of the wizard shows a blank page and never finishes?

Hi Kazz

Yes, I assume you are missing the default general backup proxy.
Please re-add the backup server as a general backup proxy and try again.

Thanks Fabian, checking.
This issues was looked at by 2 support engineers and neither had asked or mentioned default general backup proxy.

default general backup proxy has been added, adding Entra wizard is still stuck on the same page ...
what else could be wrong?

Hi Kazz,

I noticed in the case notes that you added a remote machine as a general-purpose proxy. Please ensure that you add your "backup server," as I mentioned in my previous comment. It is mandatory to use the backup server as a proxy server in this first version of Entra ID backup.
