After 20220302 patch upgrade can't disable a backup job

The option for "Disable" is greyed out for both Backup and Replication jobs.
Interestingly, tape jobs do have the Disable option available.

I've opened a case with support (05379261).
When I attempted to upload a support log zip file it got to 99.5% complete and then just sat there and didn't complete.
