After job finished - email notification arrival

Hello, I have weird behaviour of email notification in my Veeam 10 enviro. I have 10 jobs, backing up vmware VM's servers. These jobs are set to start at 9.00PM first VM, next VM start 15 minutes later at 9.15PM, 9.30PM, 9.45PM etc - same schemat every day. In Veeam "General Options" ---> "Email settings" tab all required fields are filled up, emails are delivered every day. In filel "Send daily reports at:" I set 10.00AM - so I expect to get all emails from particular jobs on next day when I'm in office. But they arrive just after when each job finished, so first job email (which starts at 9.15PM) is send to me while after job finished , say 9.20PM, next email arrive when 2nd job finished (9.35PM) etc. How to force Veeam to sent all mails next day at 10AM ?

Backup Job Notification are not „reports“. They will be send always when the job is finished.

We are using Veeam One to create a daily scheduled mail with all backup Job last state. That could be something what could be a solutions for your case.

The following reports are considered as daily reports:

Daily reports are generated for different purposes throughout Veeam Backup & Replication:

- Reports about processing results of scale-out repository data.

- Reports about processing results of backup copy jobs.

- Reports about processing results of backup copy jobs for transaction log backups.

- Reports about backups of virtual and physical machines created with Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows or Veeam Agent for Linux in the Managed by Agent mode.

- Reports with statistics for rescan job sessions performed for protection groups of virtual and physical machines created with Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows or Veeam Agent for Linux.

- Reports about processing results of backup copy jobs for backups of Oracle RMAN and SAP HANA databases created with Veeam Plug-ins for Enterprise Applications.

Fabian is correct, you can either use Veeam ONE (part of Veeam Availability Suite) or take a look at what Enterprise Manager offers > Feature request: Daily summary report
