Airgapped updates

We recently upgraded to 13.1 in an airgapped environment and wanted to see if it's possible to prevent notifications from the Veeam Updater Service. If enabled, it emails us daily that it can't check for updates, and if disabled it emails us that the updater service isn't reachable. We stay on top of security advisories and move the patch files over to the Veeam server as needed.
