All functions greyed out

Hi,
We have a Veeam Backup & Replication 6.5 standard licenced. Since a couple weeks we observe that all button are greyed out. Not mattering till today, we need to modify the job but we can't. Can you tell me what happenned and how to fix this please.

I kept on investigating and found the reason why:
- I looked for veeam backup services and noticed thaht the SQL agent was stopped. so I started to search if it was normal. Then I found this post and then understood I had to reset configuration.
I did a configuration Restore to reset the configuration then it worked.

I lost my CDs. As I have 6.5 licence version only where to download Veeam Backup & Replication 6.5 standard in case I would like to reinstall it?

Versions earlier than 8.0 are no longer supported and so are not available for download. The only way to get them from Veeam is by contacting our customer support. Thanks!
