Allow job ownership reassignment and granular job visibility for custom roles in VBR console

Hi,

Currently, job visibility in the VBR console is strictly tied to job ownership. The account that created a job is its owner, and custom role users can only see jobs they own. There is no supported way to reassign job ownership or grant a custom role user visibility into jobs created by a different account. (According to Veeam Suppport Case #08047479)
This creates a significant operational burden in environments where an administrator initially sets up backup jobs and later needs to delegate monitoring or management of those jobs to subsidiary users with custom roles. The only workaround today is to completely recreate all affected jobs under the target user account, which is time-consuming and error-prone.

Requested enhancements:

Job ownership reassignment — Allow administrators to transfer ownership of existing jobs to another user account without having to recreate them.
Granular job visibility scoping — Extend the existing custom role configuration so that administrators can explicitly grant visibility and/or management permissions on specific jobs to custom roles, independent of who originally created the job.
Per-permission role customization — Allow fine-grained permission adjustments within custom roles beyond the current predefined role definitions, so that job visibility, job editing, and job execution can be controlled independently.
