Antivirus SCAN on Immutable backups

Hello,

Customer uses VBR VUL and is very happy with the product. However, there is a feature he requests would be nice to see at Veeam (other competitors have it already), which is: antivirus scan on immutable backups.

That's already possible within a Sure-Backup Job. You can do a malware scan.

We also provide a feature called Secure Restore. The restore point will be scanned before the VM is restored to production.

Will this two features help? If not, maybe you could explain what your customers means by "antivirus scan on immutable backups".
