Is there a way to track changes made to backup jobs(like schedule change, rename etc) in Veeam. Current version is 7.

Hi Rakesh,
It is possible in Veeam One v8. There is a special report called Job Configuration Change Tracking.
Upgrade to v8 is free of charge for customers on an active maintenance.

We are running Veeam backup & replication v7 along with enterprise manager. so Veeam one v8 will be free when we upgrade to version 8 or do we need to pay.

Enterprise Manager is a part of Veeam Backup and Replication product.
While Veeam One is a different product and along with VBR is a part of Veeam Availability Suite.
You can try free 30-days trial version of Veeam One.
