So is there a easier way to pull the data needed, I need job name, Vm's within the job and the Backup schedule for them? seeing if there is a easier way than Screen shots?

Easiest way to export the required details is to use a PowerShell script.

Agree, powershell is the way. Check Get-VBRJobObject and Get-VBRJobScheduleOptions cmdlets.
