Hi,
i am using Veeam community edition, it is possible to setup second backup copy job to USB drive repository with these conditions:
1) start copy / update USB repository after USB drive pluged in
2) unmout usb drive when job is finished (so i can take it offsite or leave it there, no ransomware will have access, of course till server will restart or usb enable/disable in device manager)
Thanks

Re: Auto backup copy job to USB drive
With the Community Edition you also have access to PowerShell module of Veeam Backup & Replication. Using it along with general Windows PowerShell it should be possible to start backup copy job sync, based on the certain Windows event (drive being plugged in). Thanks!

Re: Auto backup copy job to USB drive
You might also want to check the PowerShell subforum, I vaguely remember something similar having been discussed there. But if you aren't lucky enough to find the actual script, ask there for assistance - people will be glad to help. Thanks!
