Azure about to retire automatic outbound IP on VMs, is VBR prepared?

I'm wondering if VBR is prepared for nearby retirement of automatic outbound IP on VM:s in Azure.
As VBR dynamically deploys VMs in Azure (ie. Archiving helpers) they would fall under new policy of restricted outbound traffic, thus loosing connections with local VBR.
VBR would have to handle that the VM:s are behind a NAT gateway or firewall.
