Hi,
I have an issue using the Console to browse through the Files node. I have two remote Linux machines running Proxy and Repository roles and I can't expand and browse either, both return "Access is denied".
My backup jobs work fine using the credentials stored.
Is this a limitation of Community Edition or a bug?
I opened a support case but it was closed after a week as there wasn't any resource to investigate - the case ID was 07087399.

We cannot investigate such issues over a forum post.
Community edition only gets a support response on best effort. If there is free capacity available. Please try again with a new case.

Hi Fabian,
Understood but why do they close the support case then? Why not just leave it open until resource is available?
Probably down to SLA's and not having unresolved cases left open for longer than a week.
I'll log another case today.
