B&R daily digest report
Hello, I'm looking for functionality which can provide a daily report of all activity, as opposed to individual emails on every job which can grow very numerous of course.
Veeam One may provide this however that's way more than I need (I only need simple sensor monitoring which VCenter provides).
Is there a way to get B&R to provide this or a solution someone can recommend?
thanks

Hi Rob,
Have you checked daily Backup Enterprise Manager summary report on jobs activity? And yes, Veeam ONE does have all this info in its predefined reports. Also you may want to use PowerShell scripts to build the report you need.
Thanks!

Hi Sheelnidhi,
Take a look at the referenced scripts that appear to provide reporting functionality you're after. You will have to create a XML file creation, filling parts yourself, though.
Thanks.

[MERGED] Backup Enterprise Manager Job Summary
Is there a way to include a more detailed job summary? The info you receive from this email is very limited. I want to know which job(s) were successful or failed.
Normal Veeam notification emails are very detailed but can be overbearing receiving so many. Having a single detailed daily report would be nice!
This gives you a pretty good report but is missing Backup Copy and Replica Jobs.
https://blog.smasterson.com/2016/02/16/ ... rt-v9-0-1/
I am sure if I do get a response it will be to use Veeam One but a majority of our smaller customers will not want to pay for it.
Thanks for any suggestions or thoughts.

Nick, if Enterprise Manager summary report is not enough, you might want to look into PowerShell reporting capabilities. Thanks.
