B&R server on Windows 10 - intermittent email notification

Hi,

I have installed Veeam on a Win 10 Pro and migrated from our old environment.
Jobs all run OK and the setup is fast.
But email notifications are driving me crazy.
At night in general email notifications at the end of job runs do not arrive. Occasionally one does.
During the day I get most notifications but not all.
When emails are arriving testing the SMTP setup in Veeam works, when they are not arriving it fails. It's random.
Has to be a Win 10 thing?

Anybody have any ideas on this?
