Backup Chain Incomplete

Hi dear friends from Veeam Forum!

I have an issue with one virtual machine backup job with 999 restore points. In this moment I have, in the backup repository, only 935 backup failes available.

There's something I can do to put together the backup chain again and try to have access to the files that I need to restore?

I tried with the "Forget all unavailable backups" option but only allowed me to use 169 points insted of all the 935 that I have in the backup repository.

We use FFI as a backup method. I know that the backup chain must be complete in order to have access to all the files but, if someone could guide me or exchange some experience I will appreciate it.

I recommend to open a support case and ask our engineers to have a look at the infrastructure. It's a bit difficult to follow what the real problem is, moreover we cannot troubleshoot technical issues effectively over the forum posts. Please share a support case ID with us.
