Backup Copy, do I need 3 or 4 Quarterly?

Hi all,

I have the following GFS on a job:

• 7 daily restore points

• 4 weekly backups

• 3 monthly backups

• 3 quarterly backups

• 1 yearly backups

Will this get the job done, or should I have 4 Quarterly backups?

Hello.

If you set 3 for quarterly backups, then you will have 3 quarterly backups only.

You may be thinking that yearly will also represent a "missing" quarterly?
