Backup copy interval problems, how to fix??
We received an error email with these comments:
"Copy interval has expired Incremental copy was not processed during the copy interval"
and
"Incremental copy was not processed during the copy interval"
This is on a Backup COPY job...how do I fix this??
Google searches were unhelpful as is the error text.
Do I just wait for the next backup job and backup copy job to run??
Thank you, Tom

Hi Tom, yes you need to wait, backup copy job should sync the required data during the next sync interval.

Was it the first ever backup copy job run? What is the amount of data it needs to sync and what kind of link do you have between source and target repositories?

Re: Backup copy interval problems, how to fix??
Not the first ever BCJ but bigger than usual, the actual backup job per se from which the BCJ derives was run at a different time yesterday than usual, which affects various aspects of BCJ timing etc.
I just now went into the Veeam server...the BCJ is still running!! -- that's why the error message, I think...the third of 6 VMs is now processing, and three more to go...It's a WAN link with WAN accelerators that has functioned well to date. It will finish well before the required time for the next BCJ, it is 51% done now.
Thank you, Tom

Ok, let it do the job and see whether it is capable of transferring all the required data within the backup window you have.
