Backup Copy Issues

Is anyone else having issues with Backup Copy jobs that never finish? We manage about 100 Veeam B&R v12 servers. Most of them are Hyper-V environments, I have about 5 sites where the Backup Copy job just never finishes it will hit 99% and stall, if you restart the job it will act like the previous data wasn't copied. For example, we have a copy that should have been about 3TB, it had copied about 7TB before I recreated the local and cloud jobs and it is again doing the same thing. Veeam support Case #05999174

Is anyone else having issues with Backup Copy jobs that never finish

with hundreds of thousands of customers, I cannot say "no" on this. I suggest to continue with support to find the root cause.

As I read "NAS" in the support case, I guess it's related to merges and / or a misplaced gateway server.
