Backup Copy Job Failed VMs Case#01898903

I am getting this error on a few vms within a backup copy job. All of the rest of the vms in the same job are fine. Is there any way to repair this? I have a current ticket open Case#01898903 for jobs not completing or errors.

Hi Dan, what Veeam B&R version are you using and what is your virtual platform - vSphere or Hyper-V? This could be caused by the StoreOnce shared read limitation, but you'd better continue looking into the reasons of this error with the help of support engineer.

Version 9.5 using vSphere. I am working with the engineer and only listed here to see if any other suggestions.

I receive a similar error message and my case is #02027403. The error is for only some VM not for all job.
Did you think problem can be in limitations on SO using catalyst store too?

Hi Antonio, the StoreOnce error is different in your case, so I recommend contacting support to take a closer look at the entire log files.
