Backup copy job retention increase

Hello,
I have main backup repository, which consists about ~120 days of VM backup from vSphere, and 2nd repository for Backup Copy Jobs, which has 30 days retention.
If I increase retention policy on the Backup Copy Job from 30 to 60 days, can I force sync all the older backups to my 2nd repository (backup from day 31 to 60, preserving current backups from day 1 to 30)?

No, this is not possible. You should wait until the backup copy accumulates 30 more new restore points.
