Backup Copy Job Schedule Settings

Hi,

Hoping someone can help me get the settings right on a backup copy job...

The backup job runs hourly incrementals between 7am and 11pm. I want the copy job to run just after the 7pm and 11pm backups, and at no other times throughout the day.

What settings do I need to make this work?

for both backup copy job modes there is the "allowed backup window" aka "schedule"

Hi Hannes,

Yes I am using this, but it generates an error every night saying Incremental copy was not processed during the copy interval. The error shows start time 3am and end time 7pm.

Hard to guess without knowing your job settings and when the copy interval starts. Is it the initial job run that fails to sync or subsequent incremental runs? The most effective way of addressing this would be asking our engineers to do a short remote session, review your setup, and advise on the proper settings. Thanks!
