I try to take advantage of the seeding functionaliy to prevent to send so much data at the first run.
I have setup local job at customer and run a full backup (only full backup, no incremental!). I hav ebrought this to our datacenter and added it to a separate repository. I have then createed a backup with the customers local job as source for the Vms, mapped the backup to the repository. I have of course also imported the backup in the repository on front of this..
The vm size is at 250Gb.
After 4 days run it has transferred over 175 GB data over wan already.
Is it something I am missing here?
I have also enabled wan acceleration at both side, but after 3 days it had still sent 130 GB of data.

Re: Backup Copy Job - Seeding not working
Hi Frank, there are no known issues with the seeding, so perhaps you are doing something wrong indeed. Please open a support case and our engineers will review your configuration and the debug logs. Thanks!

Re: Backup Copy Job - Seeding not working
I will try some more this weekend and update the post with the results. If the issue still persist I will open a case over the weekend. Thanks!
