Backup copy jobs looping in 9.5u4

So I have a backup copy job that copies our main backups to a repository that is backed by rotating hard drives (USB drives, don't get me started, not my choice) now when Veeam runs the copy interval it just states:

Rotated drive content has changed from the previous job run (which it has)

Rotated drive was changed (correct), restarting backup copy job

Job finished

It is doing this indefinitely, never actually starting a backup copy cycle, this was not an issue in 9.5u3, but since upgrading to 9.5u4 is when this has started to occur, has anyone else experienced this behavior?

i have open 3 cases About this error, Jobs start at Friday. after upgrade only first Friday works at this time i get error every week 3 times. I use rdx
I think the Problem is in Process whre list of backup vm should be created, because you get green thick but no vm are showing on left.
first Case # 03408163 (i Restart Veeam Server, Change hour when the backup copy Jobs can sync before i call the support, when i want to show the Problem everything was working.
second Case # 03420402 we create a new backup copy Jobs with the same Settings as the Problem Job was having. Backup was succesfully i delete both Jobs and create a new one with the same Name and Setting as my Primary Job was and i test it also but on friday Error was again there.
third Case 03430503 support Agent delete the rdx repository and recreate new one. the same Name same Settings as before. test run of Job was succesfully. now i have on rdx tape Folder Name as jobname_1 in my Case rdx_1 , normally should be rdx. I can remember i have this Problem in the past with Name of backup Folder. but i cannot remember what the support Agent done. i will left this at the momment.
now im waitning on Friday.

Please continue investigating this with the help of our engineers, do not close the case until the cause of the behavior is clear (escalate the case, if required).

Only for information , the same error today. I now escalate to manager and also inform our veeam custom success manager. Now im waiting till monday when im back in office .
I really dont know what happend in u4 with backup copy jobs .

Hi, we have the same loop-problem since upgrading to 9.5u4:

04.03.2019 10:54:49 :: Rotated drive content has changed from the previous job run.
04.03.2019 10:54:55 :: Rotated drive was changed, restarting backup copy job
Job finished at 04.03.2019 10:55:40

And then it starts again and again ... restarting the Veeam Server didn´t help... when I try to do an Active full backup it says:
Failed to preprocess target Error: Active interval not found

I found out, that when i delete that rdx Job (remove from configuration) under backups\disk (copy) , enable again the Job. Everything works. I will test this solution Tomorrow again.

i have test it two days now. now it works normally only at start i get a E-Mail notification that Job is allready running. and text by Job is this which was written in this post. then second start of Job ,everything is starting correctly.
maybie this was the solution that i recreate repository and delete the Job under backups.
or have everyone another solution?

I have yesterday the same problem.my veeam is vm ,rdx tabe is on ws2008r2. I make some tests and found out when i go to repositories , open settings of rdx click in step storage populate ,then veeam was reconnect and job was working. After job was finish i install rdx manager, upgrade to the last firmware. I think that rdx is gooing to sleep and then the job is in loop. By test runs i was always login to veeam and ws2008r2 that i was looking live what happend.
