Backup Copy - last status
On Backup Copy jobs that are continuous the last status is blank. I need to click on each to check on them. Jobs that are disabled show the last status.

Re: Backup Copy - last status
Hi, Larry. I’m wondering whether you’re referring to “last result” or just “status” filed, since there is no “last status” in the GUI. Thanks.

Re: Backup Copy - last status
I believe, this is by design.
The so-called “last result” of continuous job can be only seen if the job temporarily stops for some reason (fails to process data, for instance) or if the job is manually disabled. In other cases, the backup copy job, in contrast to normal backup/replication ones, is constantly running, so you should refer to the “status” field in order to ge up-to-date information about what is going on.
Thanks.

Re: Backup Copy - last status
When running it makes sense but when idle I think it should show if the last copy worked. With version 7, I will have more backup copy jobs than backups which makes it important I know what worked or didnt. I have not installed the enterprise manager yet so maybe what I want will be there, I am still working on site one but after I setup set site 2 I will load the enterpse manager.

Also, you can set notification options in the settings of backup copy job. So that, you will be notified if anything goes wrong with it. Thanks.

[MERGED] See last result backup copy
Hi,
I created backup copies, but, in the "Last Result" tag, there isn't anything.
https://ibb.co/nBk3E6
There is a possibility to see the “Last Result” of each backup copy to know if the backup was successful.
Thanks so much.

Hi Anxo, thanks for the feedback. Please review some considerations above.
