What is the difference between adding "From Job" and "From Backup" ??

When you specify the "backup job" as a source for your backup copy job, it will grab all VMs in the specific backup job to sync them with the offsite location. If you choose "from backup" option, you can select individual VMs from any backup files stored on any repositories. Hope this helps!
