Backup copy was canceled: ServerIncorrectAddressOr Protocol

We have 2 storeonce on 2 site, and i have created a backup copy job for two storeonce catalyst replcation.
And there has a issue as Backup copy was canceled: ServerIncorrectAddressOr Protocol.

May I ask did there two storeonce require same subnet?
Our environment is.

Storeonce A : 10.68.1.x
Storeonce B : 172.28.102.x

two storeonce can be reach on Veeam Gateway Server.
but failed on the job.

The IP connection must work. Subnets are irrelevant. If that doesn't help, please check the issue with support (including logfiles)

How are the StoreOnce devices connected to each other? The direct connection between them must be of the same type as the one you're using to add the target repository.
