Backup Error but no error ?

Occasionally i get these email saying there was an error in the backup and i get this



if i look on the server it says the backup job was successful

a few minutes later i get an email showing the following



its only now and again i get these and they seem random :S

Gareth, we need to investigate full job logs for this specific occasions to tell you for sure what has caused this. But both error above look like vCenter server connection or query timeout.
