Backup error

I am getting the following error when running the back up, the user I am using does have local admin rights on the server.

VIX Error: Authentication failure or insufficient permissions in guest operating system Code: 3015

Did you check if user and password are entered correctly? Also, keep in mind that for Vista/2008 or later systems with UAC enabled, you need to specify domain administrator or local machine administrator password, not just account who is a member of Local Administrators group (see Known Issues in the Release Notes document).
