backup error timeout

Hi

I'm backuping a VM and i have this error:
How can i change the timeout setting or solve this problem?
vshpere 4
Veeam 4.1.1

Backing up file "[Datastore 2] w2k36943/w2k36943-flat.vmdk" BackupDisk failed Client error: The semaphore timeout period has expired Failed to write data to the file [\\252s302veam\VeeamBackup\Backup W2K36943 sur 252S302VEAM.vbk]. Server error: End of file

Hello Jerome, from this I can try to guess that there is some issue with the target storage. Unfortunately technical issues like this require full logs to investigate. Please send all logs from Help | Support information to support@veeam.com to open a support call, and our support staff will work with you to troubleshoot this. Thanks!
