Backup from jobs or backup from backup?

Hello, everyone.

I am just starting to use Veeam and I have a question.
When you set up a new job in the object selection it allows you to select ‘from infrastructure’, ‘from backups’ and ‘from jobs’.



I was wondering what is the difference between ‘from backups’ and ‘from jobs’ and in which cases to use each one.

'From backups' should be used for the workloads without jobs in B&R console (for example Veeam Backup for public clouds currently does not provide the visibility to B&R console on a job level), while all Veeam B&R jobs can be integrated with backup copy via 'from jobs' option without any issues.
