Hello. Our company has been encrypted. I now want to implement Backup Immutability
Our infrastructure is standard.
VMWARE virtualization system and file storage.
If I understand correctly, I should create a Linux machine and store backups in it. What should the infrastructure look like with a new Linux server ? What are the architecture options ?

Hi Andrei, did you have a chance to review the corresponding user guide section? Should answer your initial questions at least. Thanks!

Re: Backup Immutability
Basically, all you need is a general-purpose server with enough internal or direct attached storage for your backups.
In case you need hundreds of TBs for your backup repository, then many hardware vendors have storage-oriented chassis like HPE Apollo or Cisco S3260.
