Backup isn't working ob one machine

Hello, please try to create a snapshot for this VM using vSphere Client with quiescence enabled. Are you successfull with that?

I did but nothing changed. Same Error Message.

If you're unable to create the snapshot manually using vSphere Client, please refer to VMware's support to resolve the issue. As soon as you're able to create snapshots for this VM, your backup job will be successful

I think the machine is to big for a snapshot with 1,1TB. Is that able?

No, this should not prevent snapshot from creating.
