Backup Job Error
Hi,
I am getting the following error on one of our VM's when we attempt a backup:
Checking VM running state Cannot process the VM because the target VM state is "FileLevelRestore".
Also if I try and launch a file level restore I get a similar error saying there is an active file level restore. There is no restore actively occuring, I have rebooted the server several times, I believe the database thinks there is one, how can i rectify this?

I never got a case number, I assume you mean March the 3rd. I still have not received any answer whatsoever.
I have even gone through our mail logs and there is nothing received from veeam.com from the 1st of March.

Looks like your email did not get to the support mailbox since case ID are issued automatically in an automated response.

Eanna, OP of this topic used Backup 2.x at the moment of posting the issue here. Do you experience the same issue with Backup 3.x?
