Hi.
We have a customer which are requesting backup of a postgresql database which is running as Azure service?
Another possibility they are talking about is to do a database / logfile dump to a Azure storage account.
Any way to take backup in a solution like this?
Primary if possible to take backup of the database direct.
Either with a onsite Veeam solution - or a Veeam server in Azure.

Re: Backup of Software as a service i Azure
If we're talking about the "Database as a Service" Azure offering, I'm afraid we cannot offer anything interesting here.
In such case we don't have any access to machine that runs the db itself, so, we cannot back it up neither on machine nor on file level.
Thanks!
