Backup proxy is not available for replication, but available for backups

New v11a deployment
Two hosts, one (vmhost2) has the Veeam server that is also a proxy, the other host (vmost1) has a dedicated Windows 2022 proxy VM. The issue is that this second dedicated Proxy VM does not show up in Veeam interface when configuring a replication job. Only the Veeam server is available as a proxy. Yet, when configuring a backup job - the dedicated proxy VM is available for selection as the local proxy.

Logs were uploaded yesterday (by our time since we are in PST), still waiting on an update from support 54000 seconds later, 54001...

After looking at it myself, it seems that there are two types of proxies: Vmware and Agent.

It appears that for backup jobs only Agent proxies show up and for replication Vmware proxies are used. Our dedicated proxy server only has Agent proxy, but not the VMware proxy. How do we fix that?

I've figured it out and was able to add the VMware Proxy type in addition to the Agent type.
