Backup Repository Load Control
In our environment we're using one huge backup repository server, and several backup servers are making use of this repository. On the backup server you can tune settings with load control, maximum concurrent jobs and combined data ingestion rate. Is this setting only for the current backup server, or all the backup servers which are using the same repository? Because if you change the vPower location it will changes this for all the backup servers.

Re: Backup Repository Load Control
Hi, Harry. The settings applied to backup repository/proxy server through one backup server console can’t be seen by a different backup server.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Backup Repository Load Control
So this setting is per backup server, but if you change the vPower location which will be changed in the repository service on the repository server it will impact all veeam backup servers.v.Eremin wrote:Hi, Harry. Re: Backup Repository Load Control
Yep, the situation with vPower NFS is slightly different the other backup servers are likely to see that there is already a NFS that is deployed on machine you’re trying to assign repository role to and they will also get the information regarding root folder, where the write cache is stored.
Thanks.
Thanks.
