Backup Repository Size Calculation, Delete Full Backups

Short Question ...

is it possible to delete the last full backup and the incrementals of the week if a new full backup is created ? My Backup drive is too small at the Moment.

What's the calculated Size of the Backup Rep. ? i've around 3tb data in an hyper-v enviroment, around 300 mb changing every day. my Backup Space is only 4.5 tb at the Moment.
I run a full backup on Sunday, incremental every day.
