backup schedule monitoring

Post by Cragdoo »

We have a large VBR estate, and recently encountered an issue where one of our many backup jobs failed to run at the scheduled time for a couple of days. I'm curious to see how other people monitor/alert for jobs failing to run on their scheduled time (not running and subsequently failing).

Cheers

The easiest way would be to use this alarm in Veeam ONE > VM with no backups. This alarm will notify backup admin, if backup job didn't create any restore points for the defined period of time for the VM.
