We're in the process of implementing a SAN based solution: 2 ESX hosts with an iSCSI array between them.
We want to implement HIGH AVAILABILITY to ensure continuity should one of the ESX systems fail.
That being said, our ability to backup individual VMs that are under HA seem to b e compromised.
We can only backup theh cluster if we implement this feature. Is there any way to make this work?
Are there any suggestions or best practices associated with this?
Thanks!

Re: Backup Single VM with HIGH AVAILIBITY FEATURE
Hello Nick, sorry but I do not understand the actual issue (or what you see to be the issue) from your description?
