Backup Verifications

Hello, we currently have upwards of 80 or so VMs using Hyper-V backed up with Veeam. I am wondering what the most efficient way to verify those backups is. Meaning, how can we be assured that our backups are readable, and are able to be restored from in an efficient way. Historically, its been a test file restore etc. Is there a better way to do this considering our environment?

Did you consider using SureBackup? You can add custom scripts for in depth testing of certain things.

If that is the normal way to accomplish what I am after, I will look into it. Thanks.
