Backup Warning

I've added a VM to an existing backup. Since adding this VM I get a the following warning: "Creating snapshot VSSFreezer: Failed to freeze guest, wait timeout ". This VM is my vCenter server and has MS SQL installed. I have other MS SQL servers being backed up by Veeam and haven't seen this problem
