Backup with vcb failed

I can't backup one server with pipeline timeout.
Do you know this problem?

Hello Mickael,

It's hard to say what is the reason for the issue without seeing the full logs. Have you already opened a support case?
Also could you tell us what version of Veeam Backup and Replcation are you currently using? Have you tried using vStorage API instead of VCB?

Hello,
We use backup and replication version 4.1 with vsphere and vcenter 2.5
We use vcb with san. I can backup the other servers. (14 servers)
I have this problem only on two servers for three weeks ago.
I can create a support case if it's necessary.

Yes, for all technical issues please refer to our support team directly. Try using vStorage API mode as it is the single best choice for vSphere environment. You can use it safely, as it is also compatible with VI 3 environment.

I tryed with using vstorage api mode but i have the same error about pipeline timeout.
