BackupJob Healthcheck locks backup files for immediate BackupCopykJob

Hi all, I am currently observing the following problem. There is a BackupJob that runs a HealthCheck and there is an immediate BackupCopyJob that is linked to this BackupJob.
Now the BackupCopyJob starts as soon as it sees the backup files in the file system although the HealthCheck is still running. The BackupCopyJob will report an error "Source restore point is locked by another job".

Is such a problem known? Why starts the BackupCopyJob although the HealthCheck isn't finished?

I don't believe we had anything like this addressed in v10 patches anyway.

However, Health Check process should not prevent Backup Copy job from running in principle, because both are read-only activities. So I would rather suspect some other job locks the restore point. Or perhaps there's a bug that backup job does not release lock until health check is over. Support should be able to see it from the logs.

@Gostev: This happend with 10a, too
Target of the backup copy job is repo of the veeam cloud service provider using wan accelerator.

As far as I can tell, this issue wasn't supposed to be fixed in v10a but in the next Veeam B&R major version. Thanks.
