Backups cannot be found until reboot

Case 07485708 and 07233106

Currently we have an intermittent issue (again) which we have since V12: Backups from our larger jobs (with > 1000 VMs) cannot we found via search or via opening the backup list (Backup->Disk). Only 3 of more than 1000 VMs are shown there. Disk->Properties of a Job works and shows all backups.

Restore is working via virtual infrastructure view but if you want to restore a deleted VM the only "fix" is to reboot the Veeam server which fixes this for a few weeks.

Is there any other workaround when search/Backup->Disks is not working for deleted VM restores?

There is no workaround, but I don't think we should be looking for one. Based on your description, it appears to be a technical issue that needs to be investigated by our customer support team. Please don't hesitate to request an escalation of your support case if you feel that it is not progressing in the right direction.
