Backups runs fast at the beginning then it goes too slow
Hello,
Suddenly I have this issue:
the backup of our fileserver (2TB) runs with around 95MB/s till 1,6 TB then the speed goes to 5 MB/s until 1,8TB and then it goes up again (reverse inkrmental).
the strange thing is that the amount of read files is very big (around 700GB). Normally it is between 5 - 25GB.
We are working with 2 Proxy-Server (VMs) and are using Hotadd. The storage is attached via iscsi.
In the past we didn't have this problem. Only the first backup was like this then it went normally.
Has someone an idea why we get this perfomance loose?

What were the bottleneck stats for that (long) job run? What was the amount of transferred data compared to normal job runs? Were there any warnings regarding CBT in the job session log?

The bottleneck for the "long" is the source. The amount is always arung 600 - 700 GB.
There are no warnings regarding CBT.
Normally the bottleneck is the target and the amount of data is between 5 - 30 GB. Backup-Time around 30 Minutes.
