i´ve opened a Case about some Questions about Veeam Backup from Exchange 2016-Cluster.
So, the Veeam Engineer send me the Best Practices Link for Exchange.
https://bp.veeam.expert/applications/exchange
But it´s not possible to open this site!
Any idea?

The site works, I do not see any issues. I suspect there is some problem on the ISP end or a local issue on the machine. Could you please try some HTTP proxy/switch ISP/try another machine or mobile phone. Btw, maybe you can share the whole list of questions if some of them are still unanswered after checking the BP portal? There are lots of people on these forums having field experience working with Exchange and also lots of Veeam representatives - I believe both parties will be happy to assist you with the queries.
