what's the easiest way to make sure BCJ creates an exact replica of the 1st repository?
is it enough to just match the restore points to the original job?
thank you!

Re: BJC to match original backups
Backup copy job does not copy backup chain as a whole, instead it synthetically creates required restore points in "target" location from VM data in source backup repositories. Which means you cannot instruct it to copy whole backup chain blindly.
What you can do:
- Create a backup copy job
- Set sync interval equal to frequency of backup job execution
- Set the same retention policy
In this case once the retention is reached, you will be as close as possible to what you've described.
Thanks!
