More of a NAS for this case really

Does anyone have any experience in backing up to one of these? I am deciding between Exagrid and a NAS solution. Any thoughts appreciated.

In fact it depends on the particular use case and on backup strategy requirements like RTPO, retention etc.
You may consider ExaGrid if some of these requirements are actual for you.
It would make sense to opt for BlackPearl if you would like to benefit from the specific BlackPearl features like a possibility to upgrade to a Converged Storage System.
