Bluescreen in the middle of backups after April Updates

Hello,

for the first time in years we had a bluescreen today on our central Veeam server which is also a repository.
The only thing we changed was upgrading to the latest Windows Updates on Friday.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with April 2023 W2022 update?

I checked our support cases from the last 30 days and only find your case so far.
From the case notes, it seems that everything is working again?

Hi Fabian,

yes all is good again (it was the worst timinig with ~70 open backup snapshots).
MS support verified that our crash came from tcpip.sys which was updated with the latest windows update... They believe that the new tcpip.sys might be "incompatible" with the Dell drivers of the server which i really do not believe in...

What kind of Dell server is it? I've had some weird issues across the board after updating last Thursday. Veeam jobs not kicking off, SQL lag, few other odd things.
